It gives us great pleasure to keep you informed on the new developments, customer feedbacks, technical upgradations, infrastructure improvements etc that has taken place in the recent past.

The expansion of our shop floor area by approx 25,000 sqft. is almost complete and has enhanced our space availability to approx 2,25,000 sqft. Fabrication / machining facilities have been accordingly upgraded by way of induction of new machineries, installation of 2 nos. of 15 Tones Cranes, separate material storage yard with CNC cutting facilities etc.

Some of our ongoing pellet plant projects are, supply of 2 nos pelletising discs and 10 nos process fans for M/s. Crest Steel & Power Ltd (1.2 MTPA) (Topworth group) through M/s.Stemcor India Private Ltd, 4 nos of pelletising discs for M/s. Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd (2 MTPA) through M/s.Stemcor India Private Ltd, 3 nos of pelletising discs for M/s. Jayaswal Neco Industries Ltd (1.2 MTPA) and additional 1 no. of 6mtrs dia pelletising disc to M/s.Orissa Manganese & Minerals Ltd - Adhunik Group (1.2 MTPA).

We are proud to inform you that for existing pellet plant, we have received orders for supply of new process fans from M/s. Janki Corp Ltd - Bellary, M/s. Arya Iron & Steel Ltd - Orissa etc and reconditioning of impellers from M/s. JSW Steel Ltd - Bellary, M/s. Essar Steel India Ltd - Vizag, M/s. KIOCL Ltd - Bangalore etc.

To give further thrust to our marketing, we have participated as an exhibitor in the IME 2012 Exhibition at kolkata and we have been regularly releasing advertisements in some of the prestigious monthly magazines related to steel like Steel world, Steel Insight, Iron & Steel Review, Steel & Metallurgy etc.

In addition to our existing models of pelletising discs namely PD 77 / PD 75 (approx. 7.5 mtrs dia disc) and PD 61 / PD 65 (approx. 6mtrs dia disc), we have introduced a new model PD 45 which has a disc diameter of approx. 4.5 mtrs, to cater to the requirements of smaller capacity (≤ 0.6 MTPA) pellet plants.

All efforts are being made at our end to achieve our vision of becoming the most preferred OEM for rotary process equipment for all the core sectors. We hope to achieve the same by constantly working on our strengths i.e. quality acceptance, timely delivery, price competitiveness and prompt after sales services.
